1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Not having been previously banned or prohibited from using the ftt77 platform

Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to any third party is strictly prohibited. A FTT77 account may not be used for commercial purposes, processing payments on behalf of third parties, or any activity that violates local or international laws.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Request by a competent legal authority
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the FTT77 inactive account policy

In cases of account suspension due to an investigation, all funds in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated along with all funds within a reasonable timeframe. If a violation is proven, ftt77 reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the relevant account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ftt77 support team via Live Chat. All valid funds will be returned once the verification process is completed.

10. Liability Limits

Ftt77 provides its platform with best efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted operation. However, ftt77 is not liable for:

• Any losses incurred due to internet service disruptions on the user's end
